This is a documentary that played at Fantastic Fest back in 2009 I believe. It's about an urban legend surrounding the disappearance of a few girls in a small town in New York. The scapegoat is this weird guy Andre Rand. He is the main suspect but some believe there's someone else out there that was more involved. It was okay to see but it did feel boring at times with lots of narration. Maybe a U.F.O or alien abduction angle would've been awesome. The truth is out there, Sculley.
