Another over the top Japanese splatter fest from the people who brought us Machine Girl and Robogeisha. Usually these movies don't do it for me but every once in a while there's one that entertains me. This one is one of them. I enjoyed it. Right off the bat it starts with crazy things. Rin is a young girl who discovers she's a mutant like her parents. A mutant with lots of powers. Her parents get killed and she along other mutants get trained to kill humans but they turn against their evil master. Lots of blood and guts everywhere. Short and sweet too.
Fans of crazy Japanese cinema: this is worth a try.
