I had me an awesome Korean feast all day along with a triple feature. This is the first movie I saw after coming home from a Korean restaurant. At first glance, this seems like an Ocean's Eleven rip-off. Well, it kind of is. I mean, it's a heist action movie with some comedy that deals with a casino (but only about less than half of it takes place there). This one is a lot more violent and has deadly consequences. And since we're talking Korean here, there is also a little bit of revenge here too. Overall, a bad ass heist movie. Cool ass characters. A little long but most of it is entertaining. Lots of twists and turns.
This is worth checking out. Hell, it's worth buying too. Fry's currently has the blu-ray on sale for 4 bucks. I know what I'm getting this week.
Had me Yougaejang (spicy shredded beef soup) before the movie at Hanna Korean restaurant. Hot and spicy for this cool weather.
