My friend Cassandra from work has been bugging me about seeing this movie for a while so we finally saw it last night. I'm not an Adam Scott fan but the more I see episodes of Parks and Recreation, the more I respect him as an actor. He does very good here as an asshole. He got his heart broken and lives a very negative life. Then his brother's new girlfriend resembles his old girlfriend and crazy shit happens. Throw in J.K Simmons who plays an asshole father and we have ourselves a decent dysfunctional family dramedy. In other words, a more serious less quirky Wes Anderson filmwithout the nice bells and whistles.
Alright to see, especially if you support independent films.
