This U.K. remake of the Danish original was going really good. I was into it until halfway through. Our main character became more stupid. I hated the ending. This came out at Fantastic Fest two years ago. I never seen the original but I heard it's the same thing but more serious and it's part of a trilogy. The actor that plays the big gangster in this one also plays the same role in the original. I thought that was cool. This reminded me of a badass film I saw at Fantastic Fest that same year called Black Out.
Obviously, I'm not recommending this one. Go shoot heroin and see Trainspotting instead. Good fucking kick!
