Beautiful martial arts/Chinese drama. It drags on a little bit but worth it for some of those magical martial art sequences. The poster to this says, "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon" meets "Sherlock Holmes." Son of a bitches are right about that. I admit, the story may be silly at times. Other times, it's serious. Detective Dee is powerful. Nobody can't mess with him. He's also very honorable. If this was just a bit shorter, I might have enjoyed it more.
This is worth a peek if you're in the mood for a "cartoony" martial arts flick. Other than that, nothing special.
Made a spicy teriyaki shrimp dish earlier today so I was obviously in the mood for a Chinese movie.
