SXSW Screening #2:
13 Assassins
Brilliant samurai masterpiece.
Has a slow build up for that last one hour
battle scene.
It gets even more bloody towards the end.
Takashi Miike delivers!!!
I'm not much into samurai flicks.
I watch them here and there, but, this is up there for
me in that category.
Even though this was mostly a drama, I like some
of the humor moments.
Good to have for the Takashi Miike collection or samurai section.
